Prints
The majority of my prints are Monotypes. For this process I fill a printing plate with ink and then scratch a drawing into it. next I will use my finger wrapped in a cloth to remove ink in certain areas. Then I will place the paper and send it through the press. This means that each print is completely unique and not repeatable. It also means that the printing session will create a rhythm of imagery which will quite often turn the works down a new path.
